Sitting in an office chair with arms, arguably, is the norm and preferred form of seating in most workplaces across the world. Ask any of your coworkers or friends if they would prefer a chair with armrests and the great majority of them would probably answer yes. While you may find many people prefer to sit in a chair with armrests, there is also a great number of people who would choose sitting in an armless chair instead. Armless office chairs possess quite a few benefits that office chairs with arms do not offer which makes them a great alternative for your office seating.
If you experience neck pain look for a chair that comes with an adjustable headrest. Again you will need to measure your back to ensure you do not pick a chair that has a back that is too high or too low, otherwise your headrest may end up turning out to be detrimental rather than helpful. Many people suffer from lower back pain from having a chair that does not have proper lumbar support which is why it is crucial to find a chair that offers built-in lumbar support, adjustable lumbar support, or air lumbar support to prevent lower back pain.
Office chairs are very important. We may not realize it but most of the time, we sit on these office chairs for longer hours than we sleep on our beds. Am I right or am I right? We stay in our offices for around 8 hours and those are the few days when we do not need to work overtime. We actually have no choice but to put importance to our work chairs.
